Winemaker's Notes:

Notes: Rose-red center with translucent rim, this wine displays high-toned berries, lilac, lavender, and dark cherry. Vibrant undertones of black truffle, dark chocolate, and earth show through a round and focused wine. Chocolate-covered cherries and candied orange peel dominate the mid-palate and linger for a smooth and lengthy finish. Cameron Confidential: This is another great wine from a grower group that we have recently been working with and they have the best dirt around. This wine comes from the Green Valley area with some premium fruit, and as a more cool-climate style Pinot Noir, this wine is a bit more delicate than the fuller-throttle style of Lot 125. Sonoma Coast is a killer region for this style of Pinot, and this wine really shows the promise of a great sub-AVA.
