Fritz Haag Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Trocken 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

Our two top dry wines are very carefully selected. Partially from very old vines, very delicate wines of mineral character, which have very good maturing potential, are harvested from very small quantities. The wines are very dense and concentrated but always reflect the growing area and the soil, with clarity and fantastic fruit. The wines go with fried fish or white meat and are ideal for laying down, which makes them suitable for a wide variety of even more substantial dishes.
