This light yellow wine is made from a grape that is a cross between (Riesling x Silvaner) X Muller-thurgau It had a petrol, fruity noise and a soft current and nutmeg taste with no tannins and not overly sweet but it is considered a sweet wine. . It was a delightful wine to have with the Schnitzel, pomme frites and red cabbage meal.
