- Healthy ruby with some evolution of colour. Bit too much oak on the nose. Quit attractive, well made oaked red wine but a bit too severe and savoury to see quite enough Pinot fruit for my taste - though I can see a relationship to the Bourgogne 1999 Dugat-Py I tasted last night, I must admit. Solid chunky style. Interesting but too inky.
