Experience delicate scents of apple blossom, followed by flavors of pear and
ripe apple. This delicious wine comes from five Redwood Valley and Ukiah
Vineyards harvested in September 2005. Light French oak and a buttery mouth
complement wild caught salmon, savory vegetarian cuisine and platters of
cheese and fruit.
Alcohol: 13.7% by volume.
Total sulfite, naturally occurring: TTB analysis, 2 ppm.
Total production: 8,900 cases.

- A pleasantly ripe, clean and crisp wine. Made from CCOF certified organic Chardonnay grapes harvested in September, 2001 from the Butow, Walker, and Light benchland vineyards of Redwood Valley, Mendocino County. Frey Chardonnay is CCOF processor certified and was aged on French oak. Excellent with seafood.
