- The color is a dark ruby red, almost impenetrable limiting its transparency.<p.The bouquet offers penetrating and decided fruit fragrances of plums and cherries which evolve into notes of spices. On the palate, the entry is powerful yet supple; the tannins are well integrated into the wine's great structure while the alcoholic component has a balancing effect. The acidity is well dosed, the flavors are complex and complimented by a persistent finish. 60 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc
