This is a wine with character. Not everyone would like it and it's not an every day wine. But something for a special occasion, when you feel like having something sophisticated and chic. It has a unique bitter/mineral tone that's hard to describe. Yet, this bitterness is not overwhelming and well balanced with other flavors. I highly recommend it.
