Yeasty and full of sour apple fruit on the nose, with an underlay of waxy red fruits and a touch of vanilla. Big bubbles make this a bit coarse in the mouth, and the rather prominent acidity steers the flavors towards the orchard fruit/citrus end of the spectrum. It’s fairly easy to drink once the mousse subsides, bit that also lets the sweetness pop a bit in the mouth, which lends the finish a sweet lemon/lime character. Not a bad sparkling, just not very marked as a rosé. 86pts

This sparkling wine is fresh, crisp and lively. It is full of ripe cherry and berry flavors with a body that is exceptionally smooth and satiny. It is surprisingly dry with a long and satisfying finish.
