Chalky, lemony aromas and lightly buttery yellow plum flavors give this bargain bubbly more pop than pretty much anything else in this price range. Even the dry, lime-tinged finish sparkles. It’s light and not particularly complex, but it’s still a steal.
Packed with pear and straw flavors, this is a touch sweet, but attractive and balanced by firm acidity.
Clean flavors of apple lend this rounds Cava a simple goodness. It’s dry, even as the finish hints at a caramel richness, a flavor and feel that would work with seared scallops.
Bright yellow gold. Medium-bodied. Balanced acidity. Yellow apples and butter aromas follow through well on the palate. finishes with an intriguing spicy note.
Cava Champion. Distinct apple aroma sets this sparkler apart, as well as the slightly fuller flavors of vanilla and lemon cream on the palate. This wine’s hint of sweetness rounds it out and gives it substance. Constant string of beads is pleasing to the eye as well as the palate. Refreshing. Great buy.
Shows an appealing earthy-chalky note alongside daisies and fresh ginger that gives this Cava more complexity than most others. Spicy and earthy on the finish.
