This wine has a bright, juicy nose. Baking spices, some salted caramel. The palate comes with loads of spice, in a bigger, heartier profile. That is not to say it's unbalanced. Great layers. Putting it simply, it's a spice driven wine of berry fruit flavors. Hints of cranberry and pomegranate. Very nice finish. - Tasted at winery Feb 2011
