- ($38) Dark red. Red and dark berry aromas are enlivened by cinnamon, nutmeg and more exotic Asian spices, as well as a strong hit of fresh rose. Tangy red berry flavors gain depth with air, picking up a suave mineral tone. The focused, bright finish displays an impressive mix of freshness and power.

- WS 86 (9/2007): Complex, with earthy strawberry, herb and sage notes that turn dry and earthier, with a cedary wood component that may soften with time. Drink now through 2010. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. 858 cases made.
