Editorial Reviews for Fred Loimer Grüner Veltliner Langenlois Lois
This is so simple yet with a lightness to the green apple and lime zest fruit that is almost irresistible. It’s got a bit of body to it so while it’s super refreshing it can work well at the dinner table, or lunch table for that matter. Try it with simple grilled shrimp or fried white fish. 86pts
not much fruit here. lots of effervescence and metallic acid. this is a pretty serious wine that is for wine geeks only. slight limon and petrol too.
My first Gruner Veltliner. Will not be the last. Stunning for the price. Great lime and gooseberry but surrounded by a steel-y tone rather than a grassy one. Really impressive QPR here
This is a great producer. High quality at a great price point. This wine is refreshing before a meal or with a nice ceviche.
Bright citrus notes, slight mineral feel
