Vitigno: Nebbiolo
Vine variety: Nebbiolo, production 3600/4000 bottles each 10.000 Sqm. Vinification: follows on skins , for 5 days in temperature- controlled tanks (30°/32°C) with pumping over system. After this period follows the drawing and the fermentation continue without skins.
Maturation: in 80% to 100% new French barriques , the rest in older barrique, for two years. Estate bottle din May or June, and comes up on the market in February , 4 years after the harvestand 8 months after bottling. Color: deep ruby-red.
