"Wildly aromatic, the 2004 Les Tuffeaux has pronounced aromas of fresh flowers, acacia and white stone fruits. Just off-dry Chenin Blanc with excellent extract, there is a wealth of peach, pear, wet stones and plentiful acidity. In 2004, there was 40% less wine made due to the extreme pruning and berry selection. An extremely versatile wine, this makes a great Riesling alternative and should make a match to Asian/Thai cuisine, fish and pork. "
