The fruit selections we grow for our Syrah produce a medium-bodied red wine. We also use special winemaking techniques and only a limited amount of oak aging so that Su Yuen Syrah reveals no tannins, but has a bright fruit quality and interesting spice notes that work well with all sorts of nibbles and noshes. Smooth and supple on the palate, you’ll discover rich flavors of plum and cherries along with clove and pepper spice notes and a smoky finish. Delicious with a variety of meats, anything off the grill, strong cheeses, and Asian cuisine.
