Francis Ford Coppola Presents Rosso 2009
Cocoa on the nose with some black fruits. A little spicy with a hint of chocolate covered cherries on the palate. Just enough tannin to let you know that it's there. Not a ton of "grip" with a decent but not long finish. For the price it isn't bad at all. Good weekday table wine to have with some pasta.
Strawberries on the nose with bright red fruit upon tasting. Great everyday wine at a great price point.
Smooth, mellow, berry balanced. Had the 2011 vintage.

Pretty good wine for the price. Picked up some Raspberry, Blackberry, spice, oak, vanilla. Medium body wine with a little bit of acidity. Finish is alcohol, spice, oak and the blackberry. I'm a newb, so take my interpretation for what it is worth. I would buy this wine if I needed enough for a large group. Most would love it and it wouldn't cost a lot. Had some pasta with it and it was a delicious combo. Will definitely purchase this again so I can have a couple of bottles sitting around for those just because moments.
Great middle of the week table wine. Short glass makes the dinner not so foo foo for a mans man.
