On a whim, I purchased a bottle of Fox Brook Winery's 2007 Cabernet Sauvingnon. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this wine is fantastic. Full-bodied, fruity with the taste of plums. Great with chicken and pasta. I bought two more bottles today. Tomorrow, I may buy a case. This wine is far better than the Two Buck Chucks wines you will find at Trader Joe's. If you find it, buy it. You will not be disappointed.

Zero varietal character! Very light and mineral with an oaky nose. Cherry and licorice. This tasted exactly like a pinot noir...
