What to Expect
Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.
Winemakers Notes
Rated 91 points by Wine & Spirits Magazine! The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel to retain its natural, bright acidity and tropical fruit notes - after all, these unique flavors are the reason we love the grape in the first place. In the summer we like to conduct our family business meetings sitting outside with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, watching the vineyard after a day of work. I highly recommend it.
