Four Vines Chardonnay Naked 2011
Very nice, though simple CA chardonnay. Lemon pith, a touch of creaminess and some minerality, decent acidity and a medium finish. Pretty good QPR on this one.

Light and crisp, this “naked” (i.e. unoaked) white is perfect for summer. Fresh and fruit-forward, loaded with banana, lemon and green melon notes. Food pairing: pasta, poultry, seafood Flavor type: fruit-forward Body type: light-medium Finish: crisp
In 2011, a very chilly year throughout California, acid levels were naturally quite high. For the very first time we allowed a small percentage (4%) to undergo malolactic fermentation. This together with some extended sur lies aging imparted a delightful baked custard bouquet and added a creamy richness on the palate. Our Unoaked Chardonnay tastes bright and tangy with lemon and nectarine fruit flavors that expand on the finish. Crisp, clean and beautifully styled to pair with food. Eat oysters and drink Naked often!! - Winery
This Chardonnay is rich and balanced, with brisk acidity and deep, long flavors of limes, tangerines and Meyer lemons.

This is crisp, concentrated Chardonnay with all its natural acid. Naked exhibits apple, white peach, and pear, finishing long with hints of citrus and mineral.
Rich and juicy, with pure, ripe white peach, honeysuckle and nectarine notes, ending with a delicate, mouthwatering finish. Drink now.
