Food Pairings for Four Graces Pinot Gris Willamette Valley
Light, off-dry, forgettable.
Nice balance of fruit and acidity.
Very clean and hints of apple and floral on the nose, nice balance of sweet and chalk on the palate. Great with summer salad or light lunch.
External Reviews for Four Graces Pinot Gris Willamette Valley
"This wine tastes like Spring in a glass-well worth seeking out! Delicious, with smooth peach, fig, honeysuckle and vanilla flavors that fold into acomplex, silky finish." -Robyn Tinsley, wine Skinny
Steve Tanzers International Wine Cellar. by Josh Raynolds. `Light straw color. Impressively complex aromas evoke smoked meat peach skin pear anise and white flowers. Pliant pit fruit and melon flavors are clean and concentrated with a faintly bitter lime pith quality adding grip. Finishes on a strong peach note with very good breadth and length.` Score: 89.
