- Very odd wine indeed! Pale orange, strong ethyl acetate nose, hardly any acidity and lots of tannin. The colour has obviously required a long maceration with the dark pink skins of Pinot Gris/Grigio but in this case (unlike the Visintini example above) the result is very unbalanced. More acidity and less tannin, please.
