Rich vibrant rustic nose of cedar, black cherries, and oak. The zest of a fruit bomb with the complexity and delicate aged character of an epic Bordeaux. Perfect structure and balance with a long meandering finish of wet wool, a little funk and tea. I'd swear there was cab franc or something else to add to the complexity, but if this is 100% cali cab then I'll be damned. Paired with a rare Chateaubriand. Amazing wine.
