Straw bright, aromas of citrus, green apple and green melon, good balance in flavor notes with a viscous texture and moderate acidity to a long, lingering finish.

Typical yeasty, spicy Pinot Gris nose, very buttery palate but dry and balanced by acidity, long finish, not oaky.
