Winemaker's Notes:
Our first attempt at a Late Harvest Semillon has proven to be worth all the hard work and dedication. Harvesting on Halloween always brings a bit of superstition and ghostly ambiance to the wine. However, we were blessed with very friendly ghosts who like to indulge in sweet surprises at the end of a hauntingly good meal!
Tasting Notes:
The nose on this very pretty wine has delicate nuances of honey, orange blossom and pear. Once in the mouth, you experience how rich this wine really is with flavors of baked apples laced with cinnamon, pear tart, lemon zest and cotton candy.
