Forgeron Cellars Merlot Columbia Valley 2004

Winemaker's Notes:

The nose is ripe with maracchino cherries, eucalyptus, vanilla, lavender and spice. In the mouth, experience rich, dense fruit of blackberries and chocolate covered cherries laced with cinnamon. This wine is incredibly balanced from start to finish. It covers your entire palate and begs you to take another sip. The finish is long and lush with no end in sight. For a complete experience, our 2004 Merlot, Boushey vineyard calls for beef, so we suggest trying it with Beef Wellington or prime rib.
