Forest Glen Merlot Sonoma County White Merlot 2010

External Review:

Ripe flavors of blackberry, blackcurrant and cassisexplode on the palate. The texture is velvety and juicy with a nice, lingering finish. Ready to be enjoyed without further bottle aging.

Forest Glen Winery:
Forest Glen wines have been produced in Geyserville in Sonoma County, California since 1990. Their wines are produced to be consumed young, without the need for further bottle aging. According to the Noble Estates website, the wines are “100% barrel aged.” We’re not sure what that means either, but consumers have remarked on the toasty, smooth flavors.

Had it in Alabama this summer and wish I could get it here at home in California

I can no longer find Forest Fire White Merlot in my hometown in Georgia. Does anyone know why?
