Big cherry nose, maybe some mint. Very nice initial mouth feel, then you notice drying tannins around the edge. You can taste some cherry, but not like what I was expecting from the nose. There is also a hint of mintiness without any sweetness. Very smooth finish. A pretty darned good wine--especially for the price. US$9.99 at Costco
