More or less dark ruby colour with aged pomegranate-red tendency. As it acquires its perfection over the years, the hint of violets becomes increasingly evident.
Vinification:
Vines are pruned according to Guyot method, with 7-8 axils per bud. Robust vines and young vines. Traditional, read more...temperature-controlled vinification and racking of the wine in barriques for refinement of 8-10 months.
Serving temperature and suitable foods:
The wine is best served at 18°C in red wine glasses suitable for robust wines.
