A very pleasant, fruit forward, approachable wine. Lots of ripe blackberry and raspberry fruit on the palate. Mild tannins, subtle oak influence, clean finish with lingering notes of raspberry. In short, a great everyday wine.

Great inexpensive red table wine for a friendly dinner or gift for the young newbie or the young at heart. Personally I give this combined with the White, and Rose as gifts every year to family and friends. I also serve at casual dinner parties.
