Made to be enjoyed upon release, our Russian River Valley Chardonnay, Sonoma County Merlot, Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel embody the perfect fusion of grape variety and growing region.  Showcasing vibrant aromas and flavors, they offer a striking balance of intensity and accessibility.  At Folie a Deux, we think it’s ok to be a little crazy about wine.  After all, we are! The Gewurztraminer really pops on the nose here along with wonderfully fresh raspberry fruit and hints of flint, dried flowers and Swedish Fish. A touch sweet on entry, this shows fine balancing acidity in the mouth. The Gewurz adds nice honey and honeysuckle notes early on the palate, joined by flavors of sweet red berries and a hint of chocolate on the palate. The finish is more of the same with an orange rind/citrus character joining in. This is unusual and the floral quality contributed by the Gewurztraminer will prove to be divisive, but this is awfully well made in its style and will knock some folks’ socks off. 88pts

This is a great everyday bottle. It is very easy to drink and is very refined.

Our 2011 Ménage à Trois exposes the fresh, ripe, jam like fruit that is the calling card of California wine. Forward, silky and soft, this delicious dalliance makes the perfect accompaniment for grilled meats or chicken. -The Winery

$7.89 at Sam's. Nancy likes it. No bouquet, couldn't pick out any fruit taste. Was drinkable and when it was gone it was done. Did not hang around on the tongue.

Seems to be a cross between the overly-sweet generic "soft red table wine" you'd find at a local winery, and a more normal shiraz. It's about 10-20% too sweet in my opinion, but still easily drinkable.

One of my favorite nothing-special during-the-week table wines.

Even if red wine is not your speed, give our Ménage à Trois Red a try. This wine exposes the fresh, ripe, jam-like fruit that is the calling card of California wine. Ménage à Trois Red brings together three strange bedfellows. On top weve got Zinfandel, a saucy tease that brings blackberry and raspberry jam to the relationship. Merlot, with its generous mouth feel and red fruits, fits perfectly in the middle. The rich flavors and firm tannins of Cabernet Sauvignon make it the ideal. - Winery

Three rockin’ red varitetals, Zinfandel, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, are blended together for a red wine that’s silky, succulent and sensational. Fermented separately, to retain their own unique character, the Folie a Deux winemaking team carefully compiled this ripe red blend in perfect proportion for a wine that’s’ supple with rich fruit and lively spice. Perfect for the barbecue or just easy sipping. All for an amazing value price.

Undeniably fruity and unabashedly easy. It's meant to be quaffed, not analyzed. The White blend brings together citrus and tropical fruit flavors with crisp acidity.

Even if red wine is not your speed, give our Menage a Trois Red a try. This wine exposes the fresh, ripe, jam-like fruit that is the calling card of California wine. Three saucy grapes make up the blend. Zinfandel adds a juicy character, Merlot mellows and Cabernet adds backbone. Forward, spicy and soft, this delicious dalliance makes the perfect trio.
