- Flynn Vineyards Pinot Noir is blended from grapes from our own vineyards as well as additional vineyards under our management. As usual, we refrained from over oaking these wines, preferring to allow the natural fruit to express itself. The result is a wine which is eminently drinkable now, not too harsh on the palate, but with enough structure to allow it to continue to improve in the bottle. The wine is enjoyable by itself, or a good companion for food of modest weight, such as salmon, turkey or pork.
