Beautiful deep red, blue, and black gruits all intermingle with some crushed rock, lavender, and spice box in a very scented bouquet. In the mouth, it is layered, medium to full-bodied, with sweet tannin, gorgeous purity, and length. This is a stunning wine that should drink nicely for 15 or more years.”

Nick's Pick! - Rich fruit but not too cloying, rather the 2005 Trilogy displays a balanced approach of fruit to acidity, creating a very elegant mouthfeel. Impressively smooth. Lingers for more than 10 seconds on the finish. Perhaps best of all, the integration of wood lends some structure, spice box components as well as vanilla without being distractingly dry nor tight. This well made cuvee should age nicely however, by using a decanter or an aerator there is no reason you cannot enjoy this beauty right now!!!
