Flora Springs Napa Cabernet Sauvignon 2006
Wine Tasting Notes Year after year, this wine is a favorite among many of our fans - it exhibits all the classic characteristics of a Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley with full, forward, mouthfilling black cherry fruit with cassis and cocoa. The big, ripe, sweet fruit characteristics in the front of the mouth move right into a smooth and lingering finish a nicely balanced wine with oak undertones.
Wines of such remarkable character and quality as to be in a class by themselves.

Very tight since newly opened. Stringent and tight fruit with heavy tannin. Perhaps with some time, I'd have liked it better and ranked it higher as before. - Tasted at Flora Springs "The Room" 4/20/10
