"Our Napa Valley Merlot remains consistent over the years and this vintage is no exception. It boasts full fruit characteristics of strawberry and cherry with a hint of raspberry and spiciness. A small amount of new oak barrels were used in the aging process, and we used a combination of French, American and Eastern European barrels to create a pronounced oak characteristic in the wine. The tannins are green tea-like and smooth, making this wine one of our favorites for any occasion. "
