Great wine! And it's maturity shows with its intense fruits and elegant spices and oak! Hoping to come across another bottle of the 2005 soon...
Lean and bitter. Its flinty and has a finish on oak.
Smooth, fruity with a taste of earth...loved it but not as good as Nederburg '02 Cabernet Sauvignon.

Wine Tasting NotesThe wine is dark ruby garnet in color with an abundance of ripe fruit and herbaceous oak spices. Medium to full on the palate it shows red berry fruit and delicate vanilla flavors backed by a soft and elegant tannin structure.
Wine Tasting NotesDark ruby-garnet in color, the wine has an intensive complex bouquet packed with cherry and cassis with undertones of wood spices. It has a full-bodied entry with a solid, good tannin structure and a long persistent aftertaste. It is drinkable now but will mature well over the next 4 to 8 years.
