Fleming-Jenkins Red Bordeaux Blend Yountville Choreography 2007
"The 2007 Choreography, with its deep garnet hue, releases a complex bouquet forcused on cherry, blueberry and cranberry, with side notes of fresh roasted coffee, cedar and vanilla. On the palate, the flavors expand upon the aromas - dark sweet fruits, smoky oak, vanilla, coffee and a touch of cocoa. The velvety, sultry mouthfeel, with its gentle acidity and ripe tannins, sets the stage for the gradually subsiding rich finish."--GJ
In 1999, we planted a small Chardonnay vineyard on our ridge top property in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, high above the town of Los Gatos. That experience inspired us to go to the next level and launch our own winery. Today, we continue to farm and harvest our vineyard, and make our wines in the historic Novitiate Winery. We produce a Chardonnay from our hand-harvested home vineyard, a Syrah Rosé, two Syrahs and a Cabernet blend.
