A good pizza/hamburger wine, Flaco’s 2012 Tempranillo (100% Tempranillo) is a noteworthy value at $9 a bottle. Light-bodied with plenty of herbaceous strawberry and sweet cherry fruit, it offers a pleasant mouthfeel as well as good texture. The word “Flaco” in Spanish means “dude,” and this is a wine that all dudes can enjoy over the next year.
