The wine undergoes 100% malolactic fer mentation to soften tannins, and the riper, fruit forward style emphasizes aromas of blackberry, Bing cherry, cedar box and vanilla, with evident toasty oak from the American and Hungarian oak barrels. As you begin to toast the Goddess of Air, you’ll find vibrant flavors of r ipe cherry plum and blackberry knit together with a solid acid backbone. This Cabernet is fullbodied, with a plush, velvety mouthfeel and resonating fruit forward finish. The tannins are fluid, approachable now but fully capable of maturing with additional elegance. The Goddess is once again proud to offer this as a fine example of Paso Robles best wine.

Wine Tasting NotesIn this all Paso Robles, all Cabernet blend we feature the Robert Hall and Dino Boneso vineyards, along with fruit from Steinbeck and Frankel vineyards. The wine undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation to soften tannins, and the riper, fruit forward style emphasizes aromas of hazelnut, currant and black plum, with evident toasty oak from the mélange of French, American and Hungarian oak barrels carefully selected for the fruit. As you begin to toast your Goddess, youll find a juicy entry featuring a full mouthfeel, with dense, almost plush tannins and flavors of plum and a lingering tobacco finish. This is a wine showing the best of Paso Robles.
