Skin contact in pneumatic press during 12 hours at 5C. Gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.Winemaker Tasting NotesVery bright greenish yellow color. Intensely aromatic. Elegant and exciting citric aromas as pink grapefruit, passion fruit and lime. A bit more concentrated on the palate. Has a lovely balance of citric essence, lime and pink-grapefruit flavours..
