Finca Sobreno Ecologico Organic Toro 2017
Finca Sobreño:
This winery was the result of a project by a group of vine growers based in the DO Rioja, who in 1998 decided to expand their horizons and invest in the D.O. Toro. They wanted to produce great wines with international appeal using Tinta de Toro, an indigenous grape with very interesting qualities. Sobreño currently owns 80 hectares of vineyards -half of them are over 35 years of age- and controls 90 hectares owned by local producers.
