Finca Flichman Malbec 2008 is a deep red wine with a rich flavor of fruit and a hint of oak that goes well with broiled steaks, chops, and cheeses, both mild and strong. At Austin Wines and Spirits in Forest Hills, NY it is a bargain at $7.99 or 2/14.99.

Good entry level malbec...approachable for those who are new to malbecs. Not very complex, light and fruity flavor with a very mild oak taste. Good value, would recommend as a party wine for those looking for something a bit different. Probably not strong enough to hold its own with a big rich meal.

For an extremely reasonable $7.95 here in Toronto, this is a wine that really can't be beat! Great as just a drinking wine but could go with anything from a minute steak to a pizza... Excellent value.

Aroma of earth, olives and fresh cut hay. Medium body with flavors of black chrerry and a hint of black pepper.
