Tasting Notes: Organoleptic info: an intense red colour with violet hues. A typical red fruit aroma and spices. Good structure of sweet tannins, followed by a long end. Pairing: This wine goes well with grilled red meats, pasta with res sauces and mushrooms Serving Temperature: 18° to 16° C. Percentage Grape: 100% Tempranillo Soil: Sandy clayey and stony soil. Growing Climate: Few annual rains, irrigation from the Andean snowfields, sandy clayey and stony soil, plenty of shine and a wide range of temperature between day and night Date of Harvest: March, second fortnight Type of Harvest: Manually in 20 kgs plastic boxes Vinification Method: Traditional Age of Barrel: 1st use Type of Wood: French Oak Color Intensity: An intense red colour with violet hues.
