Tasting Notes: Organoleptic info: Pale yellow with green hues color. Grapefruit along with other citric fruits aroma. In mouth, fresh and buttery with citric notes and a well-balanced acidity. Pairing: It is an excellent complement of white meats, fresh sea products, rices and young cheesses. Serving Temperature: 8° to 10° C. Percentage Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc Soil: Sandy clayey and stony soil Growing Climate: Few annual rains, irrigation from the Andean snowfields, sandy clayey and stony soil, plenty of shine and a wide range of temperature between day and night Date of Harvest: March, second fortnight Type of Harvest: Manually in 20 kgs plastic boxes Vinification Method: Traditional Age of Barrel: 1st use Type of Wood: French OAK Color Intensity: Pale yellow with green hues color.
