Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: Manufactured with 100% Sauvignong Blanc grapes from plantations located 980 m. above sea level. Limited production.Fine greenish-yellow colour.Predominant watermelon aromas. With a very good complexion in the mouth . Fermented and kept in oak barrels. Must be drunk at 8° . Percentage Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc Soil: Grapes come from a land located at the foothill. These lands are rugged and typical in the region, where the production of grapes is low but of a very high quality. The place is located in the department of Lujan de Cuyo and Maipo. This area belongs to the northern oasis of the Province of Mendoza and its land is irrigated by the waters of the Mendoza river, whose flow contains the water coming from the falls and thaws of the Andes mountain range
