I thought this wine was very nice, but still not up to my expectations. It was nice and crisp and had a nice color. It was just a little too dry for my tastes.
I opened my second bottle of this wine, after my first review. I had the wine with a basil pesto sauce on linguini with chicken turkey basil pesto sausage. I really enjoyed the wine with this pairing. I had to revise my review accordingly.
fruity, floral with a honey nose and a hint of grassiness. Acid was OK, but could maybe use a bit more...great texture in the mouth as well as a nice lingering finish
