- Straw yellow in color with pale reflections. The bouquet is fruity with hints of almond. Dry on the palate, well balanced, fresh with an almond-like finish. Recommended with pasta, particularly when prepared with shell fish. Also excellent with chicken in tomato-olive sauce.

- If you didn't already know it (and I'm not sure why you would!), Greco di Tufo is a grape variety. This wine is 100% Greco di Tufo and is from the Campania region of Italy -- near the top of the "boot" on the western coast. Campania has made great strides in the last few years as one of Italy's up and coming wine regions. This wine is solid -- lovely fruit is delicately balanced with almond, cream, and floral notes. Good acidity and finish. Ready to drink now.
