Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina(2006)

Produced with grapes from Ponte, Apice, Torrecuso, Bonea and Montesarchio areas.

The wine has a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish shimmer.

The aroma is intense and persistent. Distinct notes of tiny white flowers and fruit, from the local “limongella” apple to tropical lime.

A balanced, fresh taste with a clean finish.

Delicious, with tropical citrus and apple pie aromas and flavors picking up refreshing mineral and lemon zest on the finish. A refreshing match for rich starters like seafood risotto or a creamy crab pasta. Ready to drink now.

Very drinkable with food or alone. Not as interesting as their Greco di tufo, but more reliable.

This is a very nice Italian white with minerals and peach flavors. It goes well with light pastas and antipasto.
