Feudi di San Gregorio Albente 2011
External Reviews for Feudi di San Gregorio Albente
Made with my favorite grape from southern Italy, the Feudi Falanghina is round and flavorful, with lots of squash, tropical fruits and gentle baking spices on the palate.
A tasty, entry-level white, the 2011 Falanghina shows lovely depth in its fruit to balance the intensely floral aromatics. Sweet honeyed notes add complexity on the layered finish. Anticipated maturity: 2013–2014.
Pale gold with green highlights. Elegant, intense aromas of apple, banana and pineapple with hints of white flowers. Medium-bodied with a lingering finish of citrus and minerals.
Made with my favorite grape from southern Italy, the Feudi Falanghina is round and flavorful, with lots of squash, tropical fruits and gentle baking spices on the palate. Food pairing: pasta, poultry, seafood Flavor type: fruit-forward Body type: medium Finish: crisp
This bright Falanghina offers citrus, green apple, honey and melon aromas, with a fresh, zesty finish. Pair this with spaghetti alle vongole.
