Light and delicate, this Pinot Noir is a harmonious symphony of strawberries, mint and pomegranate. The fruit is a blend of Uncle Bobs 28 year old dry farmed vineyard and 11 year old vines from Freys Potter Valley Vineyard. Harvested in Oct. 2006 and aged on French Oak. Complements fish, fowl, and fruit salads.
