Deep crimson in color, Hodge du Podge is a chic, avant-garde melange of grapes which in turn creates an extraordinary adventure for your senses. Scents of blackberry, blueberry pie, fruit cake, all-spice and Herbs de Provence waft across the nose while flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla, boysenberry & black licorice delight the palate. Versatile this wine pairs perfectly with croissants, crme brulee or mom's casserole. Serve with hors d'oeuvres or horseradish and prime rib. 63% SYRAH, 21% PETITE SIRAH, 12% GRENACHE, 4% CINSAULT
